  • Centerless grinding is a machining process. The workpiece (part) is supported between abrasive wheel, regulating wheels and work rest blade. The centerless machine uses two wheels rotate at high speed to remove materials from a workpiece (part).

    Centerless is ideally for finishing the outside diameter of metal materials:

    • The workpiece (part) that require a tight tolerance 
    • The workpiece (part) is out of round from other process
    • The workpiece (part) need roundness, but without centers for chucks clamping
