To Build Automated Production Lines by Cylindrical Grinding and Center Hole Grinding Machines

At TMTS 2026, Jainnher Machine focused on "Smart Connectivity & Precision Grinding," showcasing three machine models: the Center Hole Grinding Machine, Plunge Angular Cylindrical Grinding Machine, and Double Spindle Grinding Machine. By integrating two machines with robotic arms, we demonstrated the transition from standalone grinding to a fully automated process—a practical showcase of precision grinding in the era of smart manufacturing.

JHG Center Hole Grinding – Establishing the Machining Datum
The JHG NC Center Hole Grinder features a three-axis servo system with an exclusive 3D synchronized grinding motion. This design ensures stable center hole quality and automatically locates center, estab-lishing a reliable datum for high-precision shaft workpiece.

Seamless Integration: Robotic Arm for Stable Transfer
Once the JHG grinding is complete, a FANUC robotic arm automatically handles loading, transferring, and unloading. This creates a continuous and stable automated workflow, effectively reducing labor costs.

Core Processing: JHPA Plunge Angular Cylindrical Grinding
Following the previous stage, the JHPA Grinding Machine performs high-efficiency external grinding. The CNC controller is equipped with 15” LCD and JAINNHER's self-developed human-machine interface (HMI), featuring a touch screen and graphical grinding process selection. It's allowing engineers to operate more intuitively and thus improve production efficiency.
