2021 TIMTOS Show Room Focus -“Machine Tools Automation Solution"

The 2021 TIMTOS exhibition has been postponed due to the COVID-19, but our passion for customer service is unaffected.

We've got all engineers work together to make an arrangement to display “Machine Tools Automation Solution" in the factory. This solution simulates manufacturing processes by using JHP-2003CNC plunge cylindrical grinding machine, lathe and milling machines. Machines are equipped with automatic feeding / receiving system and gantry loading / unloading. There is no need to change material manually or transfer work stations during production cycle. We'd like to show the grinding cycle of JHP-2003CNC, also the different machining process of lathe / milling machines.

We also displayed a monitoring system of all machine tools at the showground. The main feature is to make key data visualization, such as spindle speed, utilization, running time and motor status...etc. Visual management will help technicians to detect the problem easier and do the trouble shooting timely.

Let machine communicate to machine, our “Machine Tools Automation Solution" allows technicians remote monitoring all machine status. Moreover, it will increase manufacturing capacity and save the labor cost.
