| JHC-18AS-CNC4 Centerless Automation Solution |

Our customer need to purchase a new machine to replace existing machines as these old machine has gradually affected the production status. They put forward several requirements in order to help their technicians to adapt to new machine quickly. After many discussions between two parties, we proposed JHC-18AS-CNC4 automation solution to fulfill their all demands.

JHC-18S has been a popular model over the years. Machine structure is cast of high grade FC-30 iron. The regulating wheel drive by servo motor which can be adjusted to ideal linear speeds and improve grinding accuracy. The JHC-18AS centerless machine is equipped with CNC controller, easy and fast to edit program for different grinding cycles. The rotary type dressing attachment can be used for grinding wheel's forming. After form it into its desired shape, machine will produce multiple parts from a single piece of material with extremely high precision and high efficiency.

Our customer come from the electronics industry.
